Construction Management

Amorient provided surveillance services for NAVFAC Far East projects at Yokosuka Naval Base and Misawa Air Base Japan.

​

The projects comprised of out-of-service inspections, cleaning, repairs and fuel conversion of underground storage tanks, pipelines and associated systems in accordance with API 653 and 570.

​

The Construction Manager assisted the NAVFAC Regional Petroleum Engineer (RPE) and Contracting Officers with planned and unplanned contract modifications, cost estimation and negotiation, technical evaluations, inspections, RFI's and submittals.
