The hotel rebranded from the Fiesta Resort to the Crowne Plaza in both their Guam and Saipan locations. The renovation included the existing guest rooms, corridors, public areas on the ground floor and ocean facing landscaping with new lighting.

Amorient provided construction drawings for the full hotel renovation (civil, structural, mechanical and electrical), provided a study of 3 options for a new HVAC system, and also managed the surveying and geotechnical engineering performed by others.
