Conceptual Design

Amorient’s role was to assist Pacific Rim with the submission of a Request for Proposal for the design and development plan to upgrade an existing, abandoned warehouse, along with the run-down boating dock and riprap surrounding the property of the Echo Dock at the Port of Saipan.

The vision was to demolish the existing structures and replace them with two new buildings with an approximate total area of 15,000 square feet, which will include a restaurant, an events venue, and office spaces. The surrounding waterfront properties were also envisioned to be developed with several watersport activities, boating docks, and a WIG-craft dock that will assist in the inter-island transportation between the Northern Marianas Islands and possibly Guam.
